Kenyan on Sunday woke up to news that the government is in a dispute with Somalia.
This is after the Somali government is alleged to have sold at an auction Oil and gas that supposedly belongs to Kenya.
The Foreign affairs Ministry revealed the drastic action it took saying:
Kenya has summoned it's Amb to Somalia, Lt. General (Rtd) Lucas Tumbo to Nairobi for urgent consultations.The summons is a consequence of a most regretful and egregious decision by the Gov't of Somalia to auction off oil and gas blocks in Kenya’s maritime territorial area.
Now Kenyans are asking why the Kenyan government did not take the same action with Uganda over Migingo Island or with Tanzania over the cows issue.
Everyone is pointing out the same thing about why it makes sense to take on Somalia and not Uganda.

Funny how GOK is quick to defend oil and gas auctioned by Somalia but for a very long time they have been silent on Uganda arresting our people inside our country in migingo and it's environs
