The six worked in 14 Riverside Drive complex where militants stormed on Tuesday 15th January, killing many. They met their untimely death during the attack as confirmed by the company after a headcount of its employees.
Kenyans on social media have eulogized the men, praising them for putting their lives at risk to save others.
The men namely; Ashford, Denis, John, Kelvin, Wilfred and Jeremiah have been feted as heroes and you can read the tributes below:

Wilfred Kareithi- Implementation Engineer Wilfred was an energetic, always happy individual who never shied away from taking on tasks - no matter how challenging. He helped unconditionally & always sought to mentor new staff members and share knowledge.
Ashford Kuria-Head of Product Development Ashford was the ultimate geek. His knowledge of everything about everything was hilarious. He will be remembered best for his big smile, warm personality, his kindness,love to everyone & most importantly his tenacity.
