Bungoma Governor Ken Lusaka says the resignation of ODM Secretary General Ababu Namwamba may lead to political realignment in Western Kenya ahead of the 2017 polls.
Lusaka, who is party leader for New Ford Kenya, says they will meet on Monday to decide on the merger with other parties to form Jubilee.
He says luhya community leaders are working on the possibility of political unity ahead of the 2017 polls.
