Former champions Cameroon came from a goal down to beat Guinea Bissau 2-1 and stay on course to qualify for the quarter finals of the ongoing African cup of nations tourney.

Guinea Bissau forward Piquito opened the scoring in the first half with a sensational strike, what could be the goal of the tournament so far, before the Indomitable Lions restored parity after the break through Sebastien Siani.

Cameroon continued to mount pressure on Guinea Bissau and their efforts were rewarded when Michael Ngadeu-Ngadjui scored the winning goal minutes later.

In another Group A match, host nation Gabon settled for a one all draw with Burkina Faso.

Former African player of the year, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored his second goal of the tournament through a 38th-minute penalty to earn the hosts a deserved point after Prejuce Nakoulma had put Burkina Faso ahead.
