Jokate Mwogelo is the former girlfriend of Tanzanian singer Ali Kiba.
Her hopes of marrying the singer were dashed when it was revealed he was marrying a Kenyan girl instead. Ont he wedding day, she wrote a message suggesting she was amused by the whole affair, and her fans reached out with sympathy.

Tanzanian President John Pombe Magufuli has appointed her a District Commissioner on Saturday 28th July, 2018.
She becomes Tanzania's youngest District Commissioner.
She has kept away from the public since the wedding, and now her fans are very excited for her.
