COTU's Francis Atwoli has lost a claim of 500 million shillings against suspended CS Kazungu Kambi in a defamation case he filed against him which linked him with the death of former Kabete MP George Muchai.
Justice Alfred Mabeya said Atwoli failed to establish the defamatory statement uttered by Kambi.
Mabeya declined to issue an injunction against Kambi saying that the court was not convinced that there was a proper claim By Atwoli.
