AUDIO: Football fan makes passionate appeal to FKF president Nick Mwendwa

Barely a week since he was overwhelmingly elected into office, New FKF president Nick Mwendwa was back on Radio Jambo airwaves honouring a pledge he made during his campaign periods.

Nick Mwendwa already aware of the daunting task ahead of him and hit new team in office, spoke to World Of Sports presenters; Fred Arocho and Yusuf Kaona on Sunday. Making a record ninth appearance on the show, Mwendwa opened up about his plans as he looks to streamline Kenyan football as well as win back the fans' hearts through quality management.

When the time came for the youthful president to take questions from Radio Jambo listeners, one staunch football fan going by the name Opiyo made one of the most passionate appeals to Mwendwa regarding a number of issues he and many football fans want worked on if indeed Kenyan football is set to make significant steps.

Opiyo put the Kariobangi Sharks chairman to task on issues surrounding Harambee Stars poor or rather lack of proper preparations, wrangles surrounding Zoo Kericho football team, the need to have a feeder team and the upcoming CHAN tournament which Kenya is set to host come 2018.
