Jubiliee governor aspirant Bisho Margaret Wanjiru is expected in court
this morning to face various charges after her arrest last evening in Parklands area, Nairobi.
She spent her night at the Parklands police cells after she was arrested from City Park polling centre.
Wanjiru had stormed the centre accompanied by her supporters and disrupted and destroyed voting materials on claims votes from outside the area were ferried there. Police arrested her after the returning officer reported to them of the incident. She is expected to appear in court and face charges of destruction of property.
