Bruce passed away on Monday after months of battling with heart related conditions.
Describing him as a mentor and a godfather, a distraught Toldo took to his social media to mourn his passing on, as well as expressing his pain.
His post read;
My big brother,my mentor,my God father you have just left without saying good bye.. it's painful but I have to accepted the GODS will

We caught up with the Weekend warm up host who took us through his journey and close relationship with the late Bruce and his story is quite inspiring.
According to Toldo, he would never be where he is now were it not for Bruce who discovered his talent even when he did not believe in himself, nurtured him and made him the award winning presenter he is today.
How did you learn of Bruce's death?
Nilikuwa job hapo, natangaza ball hiyo story ndio ilishuka. In fact ilikuwa hard sana hata Arocho ndio alinimalizia hiyo job cause nililemewa kabisa.
How he met Bruce and their relationship
Ni jamaa tulikuwa close sana he was like my big brother my mentor. In fact he was the one who discovered me wakiwa na Gido Kibukosya, hapo 2007 ndio alikuwa ananiambia maneno ya radio lakini tumekuwa tuki work nayeye kutoka 2004.Hizo siku za kwanza mimi nilikuwa nawatafutia wasee wa casting. But walikuwa wanani push fanya hii voice naweza, lakini nilikuwa naona siwezi nilikuwa niki record nikijiskiza naskia sauti yangu sio fiti.
Tulikuwa tunapiga voice over za 'Kibaki Tena' 2007, so nilikuwa naonesha watu vuenye wanafaa kuipiga. Lakini ile siku walienda meeting na secretariat ya Kibaki Tena, wale watu wote nilikuwa nimefanyia casting ikawa hawataki hao watu na waliponijaribu wakasema hiyo sauti ndio wanataka.
After kutoka hapo ndio nikaanza kupiga voice over kwa Johari Cleff na hapo akani introduce kwa radio world na alipo peleka voice zetu kwa Carol Radio (Mkuu wa Radio Jambo hizo enzi) akasema this is what I have been looking for, that's how alitupeleka kwa radio.
When was the last time you spoke to Bruce before his untimely death?
Huyu jamaa nimeonge ana yeye early November akienda India, in fact tukabonga hata alikuwa aniletee present fulani akirudi. Initially amekuwa na heart problem for long na anakuanga na pace setter kwa heart. Unajua inafikanga mahali ina expire, sasa ilikuwa imefika 10 years alikuwa anaenda ku change awekwe ingine tena. So akaona badala ifike ile time ya ku expire ai cchange kabla ndio akirudi juu alikuwa na kazi nyingi sana na First Lady kuhusu Beyond Zero.
So akiwa kule alikuwa supposed kukaa kule India for four weeks without traveling. Yeye after one week akarudi kwa sababu alifikiria kuna vitu anafaa kufanya na hazijaisha.
After some days, ile kitu ikaanza kumsumbua kwa sababu ya change of weather na iyo ku travel na ndege. So vile alikuja amekuwa hospitalized for like two months.
