The businessman who was charged with shooting his wife dead in Buruburu last year has been freed on a bond of Sh2million shillings and a surety of a similar amount. Erastus Odhiambo alias Idiot has also been ordered to deposit his travel documents with the High court.
A businessman who is charged with shooting his wife in Buruburu Estate has been freed on a bond of 2m plus a surety of similar amount by the high.
High court magistrate Stella Mutuku also ordered the accused not ro operate any business, reside or visit Buruburu in Nairobi where the deceased family and some witnesses reside before conclusion of the trial.
