A court has extended summons against 10 key NYS suspects after they failed to appear in court today to answer to charges of money laundering.

Senior principal magistrate Joyce Gandani directed that the summons be served personally since the suspects weren't properly served.

The 10, who include businessman Ben Gethi, his mother Charity Wangui and Josephine Kabura, were expected today to answer to 15 counts of money laundering arising from investigations into the alleged theft at the NYS.

They will appear in court on April 14.
