In the wake of news of a possible break up between Tanzanian superstar Diamond Platnumz and his girlfriend Zari Hassan, Radio Jambo presenter, Jacob 'Ghost' Mulee weighed in on the whole fiasco surrounding the couple, surprisingly taking Diamond's side.
According to Mulee. the break-up was expected even before the mpango wa kando drama.
He says that after the demise of Ivan Ssemwanga, Zari's ex husband, Zari became wealthy after she inherited her late husband's assets and all that changed her view on Diamond.
He believes that if Zari could still be relying on Diamond financially, then we would be seeing a whole different scenario but now that she is independent, she had to let her man go after he confirmed that indeed he cheated and actually sired a baby with video vixen, Hamisa Mobeto, the lady he featured on his bongo hit 'Salome'.
"If you could ask me I saw all these coming. After Zari inherited her late ex husband Ivan Ssemwanga's wealth there was no way she was going to stick with Diamond Platinumz with all that money. If she was relying on the artiste financially I don't think she could have ended the relationship but now that she is stable that is when she decided it was time to let Diamond walk. But back on Diamond cheating claims, yes what he did was wrong but I do not think it was a huge mistake." Said Mulee.
