Gor Mahia forward Jacques Tusiyenge meets 3-year-old boy named after him

On Thursday, Gor Mahia lethargic forward, Jacques Tusiyenge expressed his delight after meeting a three year old boy who is named after him.

According to the Rwandese international, the boy's dad is a die hard Kogalo fan and named him Jacques Tusiyenge Kawere since he was born on the very day the striker joined the team.

Tusiyenge joined the Kogalo family back in February, 2016 from Police, Rwanda and has gone on to win three major honours including two Kenyan premier league titles.

He wrote:

It was 2016 when I joined Gor Mahia, That’s when this baby boy was born and his Father is great Gor mahia fan so he named his son after me, it was a pleasure meeting JACQUES TUYISENGE KAWERE, I can’t thank you enough my fans for the love and the support.

The Rwandan national team captain met the boy after his dad presented him after their KPL match against Sony Sugar on Wednesday at the Moi Stadium, Kisumu.

The presentation came at the right time since Tuyisenge was on the mark as Gor Mahia edged out the millers 3-2.
