The High Court has declined to direct the Nairobi county government to re-open closed roundabouts.
Justice Weldon Korir however ruled that the application has been overtaken by events since the barriers were removed at Bunyala and Lusaka roundabouts which has resulted in normal traffic flow.
The matter will be heard on the 6th of May 2015.
