High Court Judge Isaac lenaola has issued a warrant of arrest against CID director Ndegwa Muhoro for failing to produce an investigation report on the employment contract of the Managing Director of the Nairobi Water and Sewarage Company Limited.

Activist Okiya Omtata had alleged that the contract paper which was produced in court initially was a forgery.

The contract paper was later confirmed to be a forgery when it was examined by the CID.

Following that revelation, the court then ordered that the original document be examined by the CID for authenticity and a report of their finding be produced in court.

The CID then confirmed in October last year that the report was ready but they failed to produce it in court.

Lenaola had initially summoned Muhoro to appear in court to show cause why he did not produce the report in court but Muhoro failed to do so [appearing in court].

Lenaola has ordered that the arrest of Muhoro be executed and that he be brought to court on February 4 2016.
