The High court has prohibited the University of Nairobi from nullifying Meru senator Mithika Linturi law degree.
Justice George Odunga ordered the university to reinstate him as a student of UoN school of law to pursue post graduate studies leading to the award of master of law for the 2017/2018 academic year.
Odunga ruled that the decision to remove him from the graduation list was illegal, unconstitutional, unreasonable, oppressive and procedural unfair.
He further barred the EACC from investigating and prosecuting the senator on the basis of integrity verification report issued to the IEBC.
