How world leaders let off steam by enjoying their favorite sporting activities

Sports in one way or another helps bring people together and also helps let off steam when stressed or going through a lot of pressure. Some world leaders still have interest in different sporting activities and up to date they still enjoy them.

1.Barack Obama

The former US president was a great fan of basketball. In the 1970s, Barack Obama played on both the J.V. and varsity team at Hawaii's Punahou School eventually winning a state championship.

Even during his time as president he had the tendency of going to play basketball once in a while and he was great at it as he scored a lot of points.

2. Uhuru Kenyatta

President Uhuru Kenyatta has been a great fan of football since he was young. It is said that when he was young he wasn't allowed to leave the house gate but Uhuru used to sneak out to go play football.

Even during his current time in office, he does enjoy playing a bit of football once in a while.

3. Donald Trump

Trump has various sporting activities that he loves indulging in.

One of his favorite is Baseball where he has been seen a couple of times playing.

He is also a great fun of golf where it is said he uses millions of dollars playing it in different parts of the world.

Tennis is also a sport that he doesn't mind playing once in a while.

4. Yoweri Museveni

The Ugandan President has shown great skills for the number of times he has been seen playing football.

He doesn't shy off going for the ball and even though he is quite old it seems that sports helps him remain youthful and vigorous leading to a healthy life making age not have a great toll on him unlike most old people.

5. Prince Charles

 The Prince is a great sportsman and an amazing polo player. His love for the game has been in him for so many years and up to date he is seen going for polo games and even joining in at times.

He was truly an accomplished Polo player.

6. Dilma Rousseff

The former Brazilian president is a great volleyball fan and also plays it a couple of times. It is one of the sporting events she not only loves watching but also playing.

7. Hilary Clinton

She is an American politician and diplomat who served as the 67th United States secretary of state and was the first lady between year 1993 to 2001 as well as the U.S. Senator from New York.

She enjoyed playing basketball , soccer and softball at her early years but right now she mostly enjoys going to watch the games being played.

8. George Weah  

The current president of Liberia is one of the best footballers ever. He received the FIFA World Player of the year and even during his reign as president which started December 2017 it is evident that his love for football has never died as his seen going to watch different matches as well as join in.
