Benjamin Gsull, an Australian national who was found covering and switching off CCTV cameras in an apartment within Nairobi has been arrested.

A statement from DCI Kenya says police had earlier received complaints of attempted break-ins into houses and were carrying out investigations when they discovered him in the footage.

Police then conducted a sear in his house (he stays in the same apartment) where they discovered rounds of ammunition and other substances believed to be bhang. He will be charged with being in possession of ammunitions without a firearm certificate among other offences.

KOT have alot to say about him in the comments below;

Boniface Mutahi ..And so the saying goes.....When in Rome ,do like the Romans do.

Stephanie Lokichokio Jaeger ..Interesting how many people sound like they think theft only happens in Kenya. Every country has good people and bad people. And bad people also travel. And Kenya is one of the destinations of drug addicts. Most drug addicts resort to theft and burglary when they run out of money to buy drugs. All over the world.

Mahmood E. Khamisa.. We are so rotten that it spreads like a virus. Corruption and thievery is the order of the day. Yani nobody’s safe 😆. It’s become so cliched that sitashanga watoto wangu waniambie niwahonge ndio waende school

Sanjay Shah ..Welcome to kenya land of ujuzi .
