Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter and his URP nominated counterpart Sonia Birdi risk losing their parliamentary seats after the High Court threw out their bid to block their prosecution over the Gilgil weighbridge saga on Tuesday.
Justice Mumbi Ngugi ordered the two to present themselves before a magistrate court in Naivasha today to face public disturbance charges as directed by the DPP.
Ngugi said the two did not prove how their rights had been violated by the intended prosecution.
