The family of a woman seeking to get a divorce from her husband has been ordered by the Kisii High Court to refund the bride price her husband paid in 2008.
The woman’s family has agreed to repay the bride price of 130,000 shillings after both husband and wife said that the marriage couldn’t be fixed.
