Kenya national union of teachers (KNUT) wants Education cabinet secretary Jacob Kaimenyi fired for failing to safeguard the integrity of the education system.
Secretary General Wilson Sossion says the sector has faced numerous challenges since Kaimenyi’s appointment, key among them perennial teacher strikes, disobedience of court orders and widespread reports of exam leakages in the last few years.
