Kulikoni? President Kenyatta's Twitter account deactivated

President Kenyatta's official Twitter account was deactivated on Friday.

The account was deactivated just moments after he wrote a post on corruption.

According to The Star, Uhuru who was speaking in Nambibia on Friday night said he will not spare anybody on the war against corruption.

"If you are corrupt we will fight you. You can be my brother or my sister or my closest political ally, but if you are corrupt we will fight you,” Uhuru posted on the social media website.

Moments later, his account was not accessible and did not take too long for Kenyans on Twitter to notice and asked why the page had been deactivated.However, president Kenyatta's chief of staff, Nzioka Waita took to Twitter to state that the account has been suspended 'to allow for the necessary remedial measures to be undertaken.'
