'Kuna shortage' KOT complain after police impound bhangi consignment headed to Nairobi

Over the weekend, police officers seized bhangi worth millions of shillings after a road accident at Delamere area along Nakuru-Nairobi road.

There were also two other major arrests involving two University students arrested with narcotics, and a Mombasa based businessman was found with heroin.

A 46-year-old driver was arrested and placed under police watch as he recovers in hospital following the accident. One suspect escaped and is being pursued by Police.

This has caught the attention of Kenyans who are complaining that these arrests are affecting their weed consuming habits.

KOT took to social media to lodge complains urging the police to 'go slow' on such arrests, as it's affecting supply and the cost of the illegal commodity.
