The no-nonsense leader called the Minister in charge of the Water ministry on his phone and blasted him for not ensuring residents have access to water.
This happened as Magufuli was on a tour of a village in Kidodi, where residents told the President that the person given the contract has not delivered.
Being a man of action, Magufuli ordered his bodyguard to hand over his phone and the conversation with the Water Minister was broadcast on a loudspeaker, perhaps to prove he is in charge.
