A 38 year old man has committed suicide in his house near Mosoriot in Nandi County after he complained of being deserted by his girlfriend.
The man hanged himself using a rope in the house where he lived alone. Mosoriot OCS Nelson Pera says the body has been retrieved and taken to Kapsabet mortuary.
The man worked as a Jua Kali artisan in the area. Pera says the incident is being investigated.
