Wanyama's visit came just hours after Olunga made history by becoming not only the first Kenyan footballer to score in La Liga, but also the first Girona FC player to score a hat trick in the Spanish top flight league.
Olunga who has not been getting some game time in his new club, wowed Kenyans when he came on as a half time substitute to grab three well taken goals as Girona FC thrashed Las Palmas 6-0 on Saturday.
