Uncle bob as he is popularly referred to in his home country Zimbabwe, was caught taking a nap, as the meeting in KICC was underway.
The 92-year-old leader arrived in Kenya for the TICAD meeting that being held at the KICC in Nairobi. Mugabe arrived in Kenya on august 27th to join other heads of state and government for the 6th Tokyo International Conference On African development (TICAD).
It appears according to numerous reports that this is the 11th time Mugabe has been caught publicly sleeping through an important meeting.
Sources at the meeting claimed the elderly President caused discomfort amongst other leaders when he began snoring prompting his Uganda counterpart to ask the Zimbabwean delegates to help their leader.
it further appears that Mugabe hit the table with his forehead.
