Prominent Eldoret politician cum farmer, Jackson Kiprotich Kibor has filed a divorce case at a court in Eldoret seeking to end a marriage of 51 years to his second wife, Josphine Kibor.
Kibor is accusing his wife of desertion, cruelty and interfering with his ownership of a 800 acres of land at Kipkabus in Uasin Gishu.
Kibor told Senior Principal Magistrate Charles Obulutsa that he has not spend time with Josphine for more than 30 years and wants the court to cancel their marriage certificate issued in 1965.
