Rogue doctor Mugo Wa Wairimu has been charged afresh with twelve counts including rape, masquerading as a gynaecologist and operating a clinic without valid licenses.
He was also charged with; administering unknown drugs to a person, unlawfully carrying out the business of a pharmacist without registering with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board, stocking and using unvalidated medical laboratory reagents and employing an unregistered and unlicensed laboratory technologist.
The case against him however did not go on after he sought an adjournment after his lawyer failed to show up in court for the third time.
Milimani Chief Magistrate Daniel Ogembo warned Mugo that he will not accept further adjournments.
The case will be mentioned on 3rd May.
