Manchester United have been bundled out of the Champions League after losing 2-1 to Sevilla at Old Trafford. Head coach Jose Mourinho made two changes to the side that beat Liverpool over the weekend but the Red Devils barely threatened the Spanish side.

Wassam Ben Yedder came off the bench to score two goals in four minutes and despite Romelu Lukaku's goal, it was too little too late as Sevila booked a place in the quarters for the first time since 1958.

Elsewhere, AS Roma eased through to last eight after beating Shaktor Donetsk one nil to progress on away goal rule after the match ended two all on aggregate.
