Walikuwa Wapi? Edwin Sifuna Reveals Where NASA Leaders Were During Raila’s Swearing-in Ceremony

Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Secretary General, Edwin Sifuna has revealed where three NASA Co-principals, were on January 30th during Raila Odinga’s swearing-in ceremony.

The three co-principals, Musalia Mudavadi, Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula all went missing during the illegal swearing-in of ‘Baba’ as people’s president, something which irked Raila’s followers who branded the three as traitors.

What followed were a series of press conferences with every principal trying to convince the nation that they were still in solidarity despite Kenyans smelling a rat.

A while ago Raila Odinga shocked the nation when he emerged with President Uhuru at Harambee House after the two held a closed-door meeting with the two later announcing that they had struck a deal to unite Kenyans by ending their political ‘warfare’.

The three NASA Co-principals termed Rao as a traitor claiming that they were never consulted nor were they aware of the Raila-Uhuru pact, something which led to many calling on the three to move on since everyone now was focusing on healing the nation.

ODM’s (Raila Odinga’s party) secretary general was at Radio Jambo where he was tasked to explain whether the three deliberately skipped and whether ODM were plotting to ditch NASA.

Stop lying to your supporters – DP William Ruto tells NASA leaders

Deputy President William Ruto has told the National Super Alliance (Nasa) leaders to stop hoodwinking their supporters that they still have a chance to form the Government.

Mr Ruto instead asked them to prepare for 2022 elections or they will lose again.

He told Opposition leaders Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka, Moses Wetangula and Musalia Mudavadi to join hands with Jubilee in the nation building, saying time for politicking is over.

“Don’t incite your supporters that you can have another election tomorrow, in a week’s time or in a month’s time. That’s a broad daylight lie,” said Mr Ruto.

“Our brothers can join us to develop our country. Kenya is for all of us. They can wait for us in 2022 instead of misleading Kenyans that there will be another election before then (2022),”said Mr Ruto.

The Deputy President dismissed any form of dialogue with the Opposition on electoral reforms, saying election period is over.

Mr Ruto said Kenyans elected their leaders last year from MCAs to the President and wondered why the Opposition leaders were still putting the country in an endless politicking situation.

The Deputy President said the Government was only ready to engage in talks with Nasa leaders on how to develop Kenya and transform the lives of the people.

“We are ready to talk to our friends in the Opposition on how millions of Kenyans can get jobs, eliminate food insecurity, how to transform the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF), accessible healthcare and manufacturing among other development projects. That’s the discussion we want said Mr Ruto.

“But dialogue on who will be the Deputy President or President, or who will be who. We are not qualified. It’s the people who decide and they decided last year that President Uhuru Kenyatta is their President. That’s all,” added Mr Ruto.

“This is like what Chinua Achebe told us, that God’s case, no appeal. People have decided and they have decided,” added Mr Ruto.

The Deputy President made the remarks when he addressed mourners during the burial of the late Yvonne Wamalwa, widow of the former Vice President, the late Kijana Wamalwa, held at her home in Kitale town, Trans Nzoia County onSaturday.

Cabinet Secretaries Eugene Wamalwa (Water) and Amina Mohammed (Foreign Affairs), Senate Speaker Kenneth Lusaka, Senate Minority Leader Moses Wetangula and National Assembly Chip Whip Benjamin Washiali were present.

Others were Governors Patrick Khaemba (Trans Nzoia), Wycliffe Otichilo (Vihiga), Wycliffe Wangamati (Bungoma) and Wycliffe Oparanya (Kakamega) and several MPs drawn from the Senate and National Assembly.

Mr Ruto said the Government was committed to the unity of all Kenyans irrespective of their ethnic and political affiliations.

He said politics based on ethnicity has brought the country more harm than good, urging leaders to engage in politics of unity for the sake of peace and development.

“As Jubilee, we are committed to building bridges of unity, togetherness and brotherhood. We must resist the politics of hatred and ethnicity,” said Mr Ruto.

He said it was the responsibility of all Kenyans to abide by the Constitution and the rule of law, saying no one in the country was above the law.

“As Kenyans, we must abide by the rule of law irrespective of who we are. We must submit to the dictates of the law,” said Mr Ruto.

Mr Wamalwa urged leaders from Western Kenya to embrace politics of tolerance so as to attain the much-needed unity that is capable of collectively addressing the challenges facing the people.

“We need to move away from politics of intolerance and change the way we do things if we are to achieve the much needed unity in our region,” said Mr Wamalwa.

He said his late brother Kijana Wamalwa embraced politics of tolerance where he accommodated those with divergent political issues when he served as Vice President.

“My brother never called anyone a traitor simply because he or she had divergent political issues. When he was in Opposition, for instance, he respected those who were in government including Musalia Mudavadi and never called him a traitor,” said Mr Ruto.

Mr Wetangula called on the need for a national conversation on how to address challenges facing the country.

“We are brothers and we should all believe in our country,” said Mr Wetangula.

Mr Lusaka thanked President Kenyatta and Mr Ruto for allocating more slots to the people of western Kenya including his position and that of Cabinet Secretaries Wamalwa as well as Mr Rashid Mohammed.

The leaders eulogized the late Yvonne as selfless hardworking and strong woman who represented her country well when she served as Kenya’s deputy ambassador to Australia.

President Kenyatta in a condolence message read for him by Mr Ruto described the late Yvonne as devoted and hardworking public servant who raised the country’s flag high in all the places she served while in Foreign Affairs.

“The death of Yvonne is a big lose not only to the family but the country at large,” said President Kenyatta.

Raila And I Will Be Sworn In If There Won’t Be Any Dialogue – Kalonzo

Kalonzo Musyoka has declared that he and Raila Odinga will be sworn in as leaders of the People’s Republic of Kenya shuold there be no dialogue.

The NASA DP and President candidates have defied Attorney General Githu Muigai’s warning that such a move is punishable by death as it amounts to treason.

Kalonzo returned from Germany, where his wife Pauline was being treated for an unknown illness, on Wednesday and visited the home of the late Kitui West MP Francis Nyenze on Thursday.

Kalonzo left the country shortly after he and ODM leader Raila withdrew from the October 26 presidential re-run, which they said would be rigged in favour of Uhuru.

Accompanied by leaders of his Wiper party, he told the press that Kenya is on its knees due to leadership by Jubilee Party President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto.

“Kenyans came out in large numbers and voted for Raila. NASA won the election on August 8,” he said, contrary to announcement by IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati.

“Tribalism and electoral injustice have halted development so the President should not blame us as we get sworn in. If there will be no dialogue, we must be sworn in.”

Uhuru had rejected dialogue but later seemed to have changed his position. He reached out to the Opposition in his address after the inauguration on November 28.

Kamba Elders Break Kalonzo Musyoka’s Heart By Reading Him This Riot Act

A section of Ukambani leaders have rallied support for President Uhuru Kenyatta and asked the community to withdraw their support for the opposition.

Speaking during separate events in Machakos county on Thursday, Kamba clan governing Council of Elders and politicians allied to Jubilee Party asked Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka to leave the opposition.

CoE chairman Boniface Kilonzo held a press conference at a Machakos Hotel on Thursday.

The elders said it is high time residents consider backing Jubilee, especially following the withdrawal of opposition leader Raila Odinga from the presidential rerun scheduled for October 26.

Kilonzo Raila to stop his calls for mass protests across the country, saying they are a recipe to chaos and insecurity.

“The call for demonstrations is not in good faith because they are meant to cause chaos and destruction of property and cause insecurity. This is economic sabotage, which is punishable in law,” he said.

He termed Raila’s withdrawal from the presidential contest “insincere and in pursuit of selfish interests”. “The only path to leadership is through the ballot,” he said.

Moses Kuria endorses Kalonzo’s Sons EALA Bid

Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has endorsed Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka’s son for the EALA bid.

Kuria declared his support for Kennedy, saying: “It is wrong to deny any Kenyan an opportunity just because he is from a known family.”

Adding when Kennedy Musyoka’s name comes up in the National Assembly for nomination to EALA, I will vote for and support his candidature.

In an interview with Capital FM, the MP further said the East African Legislative Assembly is open to all so nobody should be denied the chance.

People should be judged on merit. I will ensure no young person is denied the opportunity to serve this country.

Regarding leaders opposed to Kennedy’s nomination, Kuria said they are serving their personal interests. He noted their choices are not Jubilee Party’s.

In May, Jubilee MPs said they will not participate in the nomination of members to the EALA if Kennedy is on the list.

National Assembly majority leader Aden Duale said KaGatundu South MP Moses Kuria has endorsed Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka’s son for the EALA bid.lonzo cannot play around with the law because he is a partyMoses Kuria leader.

“I want to tell my colleagues in Wiper and ODM that if they don’t bring in more names, Jubilee will not participate in the nominations”.

But Wiper defended Kennedy’s nomination, saying he is qualified. Makueni Governor Kivutha Kibwana, who addressed journalists on behalf of the party in Nairobi, said due process was followed.

NAMNA GANI!!! The Truth Behind Viral Photo In Which Kalonzo Appears To Be Terrorizing The Bishop!

Former Vice President and wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka has sparked quite the hullabaloo on social media after a photo of him sitting on the back of a Bishop was shared on social media.

The incident elicited mixed reactions from social media users, some of whom accused the former Vice President of weird theatrics ahead of Kenya’s General Election.

Kenyans could not wrap their heads around to why Kalonzo would do such a thing…

It has now emerged that before the strange picture went viral, the politician pleaded with the media personnel covering the function and the congregation to give a correct explanation of his antics.

CORD Bado Hatujakubaliana Nani Atapeperusha Bendera Ya Urais – Kalonzo

Apparently, it is said that Kalonzo Musyoka told members of the media to correctly explain the meaning behind his antics, referring to his ‘upliftment’ before the general elections and how a brother can form a bridge to success. This was followed by prolonged laughter from the congregation.

Bishop Daniel Indatula of the of the Jesus Winning Soul Ministry Church who authorized the former VP to hop onto his back has since explained that the significance of the demonstration was to show how the former Vice President had been uplifted ahead of the August General Election.

Mmmmhhhh….still seems a bit strange to me…

CORD Bado Hatujakubaliana Nani Atapeperusha Bendera Ya Urais – Kalonzo

Alisema Muthama.

Kwa hivyo wasubiri tu, dereva tunamjua tushampa funguo tunamtafutia njia vile atapenya.

Siwezi Fichua Mgombea Urais Wa CORD Hata Unipeleke Kamiti! – Muthama

VIDEO: Proof Kalonzo Musyoka Is An Easy Going Leader

VIDEO: Proof Kalonzo Musyoka Is An Easy Going Leader

CORD co-principal and Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka is one of the most celebrated leaders not just in Kenya, East Africa or in the continent but the world over.

The 62-year-old politician is not your ordinary kind of politician. Having been in politics for over two decades, he has mastered the art of relating well with the ordinary mwananchi, probably the reason why he commands a huge following across the country.

Kalonzo, who served as Kenya’s 10th Vice President between 2008-2013, graced Radio Jambo studios this morning, hosted by Gidi na Ghost, where he talked of among other things the international accolade he recently won in New York, USA.

Mr. Kalonzo was feted as the African Dignitary Man Of The Year following his efforts to bring peace in South Sudan during his tenure as Foreign minister.

He has played a role in guiding leaders of the world’s newest nation. He has also helped provide education to more than 2,000 needy and vulnerable students through the Kalonzo Musyoka Foundation.

The video below shows Kalonzo sharing warm hugs and not the usual handshakes with his hosts before sharing a light joke with them, cementing the fact that indeed he is an easy going leader.
