A group of parents has threatened to take legal action against Bura Girls High School, Taita Taveta, for allegedly forcing Muslim students to attend church services.

This comes after 40 students were allegedly suspended on Monday by the school's principal after they refused to attend church service.

The parents are accusing the school of discrimination against Muslim students adding that the move is likely to generate religious hatred at the school.
