The bodies of a teenage girl and her toddler son were found dumped in Ngong' Forest, Nairobi county, on Monday.
Police said the killers may have used a piece of cloth to strangle the 17-year-old girl and the boy aged two before dumping their bodies near Karen Plains.
Forest guards discovered the bodies during a night patrol, the police said on Tuesday.
They said investigations were launched, and the bodies identified and taken to the City Mortuary.
