Rwanda president Paul Kagame is one of the most outspoken African leaders we have.

If he is not addressing matters politics, he is busy talking about his beloved club Arsenal. On Thursday night a disappointed Kagame took to twitter to weigh on the predicament that had befell Arsenal after they failed to qualify to the finals of Europa League finals.

Though disappointed, he still expressed his love for Arsenal but bemoaned the fact that outgoing manager, Arsene Wenger will not be bowing out of the club after 22 years with an European trophy.

He praised the club's style of play and chose not to blame the manager as well but he signed off his tweet by saying people should simply blame the club owners.

Read his tweet below.

My take on my beloved Club Arsenal- a very good one at the game and a very good coach like a.Wenger ,this should not have been the kind of ending of an era. The coach is leaving and club trophy-less it was long coming! I am still a committed fan going forward :). Blame the owners.
