Try your luck in 2075, Elgeyo-Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen tells Baringo Senator Gideon Moi that Deputy President William Ruto shall takeover presidency in 2022.

Murkomen urged Moi to shelve his ambitions for presidency and Support Ruto, saying Kenyans have already decided he will take over from Uhuru Kenyatta.

“I don’t want to promise Senator Gideon that things will work for him even in 2035 because it will be too soon, he must wait longer until 2075” he said.

He was accompanied by some 15 jubilee leaders during homecoming ceremony of Baringo County Member of Parliament (MP) Joshua Kandie at Kapsogo grounds last Saturday.

The ceremony was graced by Machakos County Governor who doubles Maendeo Chap Chap (MCC) party leader Doctor Alfred Mutua.

Murkomen sentiments were backed by Ainobkoi MP William Chepkut who said “Ruto is edging the door of state house and he is being supported by many Kenyans, I am sure he will win as the fifth president” said.

Murkomen further said their underground 2022 political campaigns shall not hinder their leadership roles.

In his prediction, former Cherangany MP Joshua Kutuny offered Dr. Mutua Prime Minister (PM) position incase Ruto wins presidency.

However, Mutua declined the verbal offer hinting that he has already made talks with Senator Moi to merge the independence Kanu and his MCC party to battle down Ruto in 2022.

“Kenyans are already tired of leadership of choosing who should be who, they have already mastered on who is capable of serving them better to improve on their economy” said Mutua.

He was backed by KANU leaders, Tiaty MP William Kamket, Baringo Woman Representative Gladwell Cheruiyot and Joshua Kandie (MP Baringo Central).

Mutua lauded people of Baringo central for electing Kandie on MCC. He promised to dig 1000 toilets and four boreholes at Kiptagich, Kipsoit, Kapsogo and Kabasis villages.

“MCC party is only accepting leaders who talk less politics and work more for the people and so electing Kandie is clear indicator people trust the party” he said.
