There are many others and yesterday, two female thieves namely Mwende and Stacy were caught pants down stealing in Thika.
According to the disclaimer of the person who shared the message that has gone viral, the two thieves entered a house and sprayed the owners with a chemical that made them sleep.
They embarked on stealing household goods but they were caught while trying to sneak out the stolen items. The thieves who hail from Dandora were given a thorough beating and it’s not clear if they were arrested or not.
“These two ladies innocently entered a house this morning, they then sprayed the OWNERS with a chemical which made THEM doze off. But luckily a neighbor alerted other neighbors when he noticed the two ladies carrying stuff to a waiting car. Be careful when strangers call on you.”
Nairobi thieves have devised ways of robbing people and they are using dangerous chemicals which when sprayed on victims, they become unconscious.
Kenyans have condemned the heinous act by the two ladies and here are some of the reactions;
