Ilisababisha vifo vya wananchi wa Kenya 32, huku 19 wakiwa ni wafanyakazi wa UN, shirika hilo ni miongoni mwa mashirika ambao wanaomboleza vifo vya wafanyakazi wao.
Wananchi wanaomboleza ajali hiyo kwa kuwapoteza wapendwa wao, waliokuwa katika ndege hiyo walikufa wote abiria ambao walukuwa 157.
United Nations waliweza kuandika katika mtandao wao wa kijamii wa Facebook kuwa wataweza kufunga bendera 193 nusu kwa ishara ya kuomboleza vifo vya wafanyakazi wao.
"We know that there were a significant number of UN family colleagues on this morning’s Ethiopian Airlines flight from Addis Ababa to Nairobi, many heading for tomorrow’s opening of the UN Environment Assembly,
"The Department of Operational Support is working to establish the full picture. Our thoughts are with the families of all affected and we will work with administration to make sure the necessary assistance is provided to them." UN iliandika.

Wananchi wengi waliweza kushtuka kwa sababu ya ajali hiyo, ajali hii ilitokea siku chache baada ya ajali ya ndege kutokea eneo la Turkana huku ikiwauwa abiria wote na rubani wake.
Wananchi wengi waliweza kutuma rambirambi zao kupitia mitandao yao ya kijamii, zifuatazo ni baadhi ya rambirambi ambazo waliweza kutuma.
