Seriously!!! Even after more than a billion football fans tuned in to celebrate Germany's 1-0 win over Argentina thanks to Mario Gotze's extra time winner?
What? Imagine being a school principal who doesn't know how many teachers he has or still his school's performance. Tricky yeah?
So this happened a day ago during the football governing body's 67th Congress in Bahrain where they ran of it's voting system at their annual congress, but 7% of the federation representatives in attendance didn't seem to know who won the 2014 World Cup.
12 out of 168 delegates is still quite a big number and well that tells a lot.
One twitter user, Rob Harris a global sports writer tweeted, 'FIFA Congress opens with voting system test for delegates. 12 federations don't know Germany are World Cup holders.'
