The 2016 Olympics which will be held in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, are less than 10 months away and athletes wishing to take part in it have wasted no time in getting in shape for their respective events.
Even those who are almost assured of a plane ticket to Brazil are not taking any chances and have embarked on rigorous training programmes.
One of such athletes is javelin world champion Julius Yego who plans to scoop gold in Rio next year.
Yego has been sharing photos and videos on his official Facebook feed and it is clear, as you will notice in the video below, that success does not come easy for him as he has to push himself harder in the gym and in training.
