A prediction from the Met department why most parts of Kenya are yet to experience rain has caught the attention of Kenyans on Twitter.
An article in the local dailies about why the rains have delayed, attributed to the Met department says the rain is stuck in the south (Tanzania).
An official in the met department explains why there has been no rain yet inspite of the expectation.
'It is sitting in Tanzania, the high pressure systems in the south have not strengthened to the point they will push the ITCZ So there will be a delay but the rains will come towards the end of the month'
said Stella Aura, the Acting Kenya Meteorological Department Director.
