This weekend, the four finalists of the hit reality TV show The Search battle it out on their journey to win 1 million shillings AND a super exciting recording deal.
It has not been an easy task for them as they had to avoid being evicted from the highly competitive show. From a total of 18 contestants, who were chosen from a whooping 15,000 hopefuls who called in to test their vocal abilities.
This marks the start of the end of the show, which has been running for more than three months. Through the show, the next big thing in the Kenyan music industry will be discovered.
Their lives will change for good. This is a dream come true for many of the contestants, for being part of #TheSearch was a considerable achievement. It’s by luck. Being on national TV? It takes dedication, hardwork and patience.
