Prison Warden And Convict Arrested In Kisumu Prison Over Fraud

Detectives have arrested  prison warden and a convict running a cartel using fake mobile phones at Kiboss Prison in Kisumu to con Kenyans.

The two have established illegal Mpesa transaction, facebook accounts of prominent businessmen, government officials, politicians  to steal from innocent Kenyans.

Coast regional coordinator Nelson Marwa says several prison wardens are colluding with gangsters to swindle Kenyans.
