Digehota: Meet the Pastor who made his followers drink raw sewage to quench their thirst

A Harare-based pastor Paul Sanyangore has left tongues wagging this past weekend after he and other church goers drank raw sewage to quench their thirst.

According to locals, the Pastor had asked his followers to come together and clean/sweep the local area. It is during this strenuous activity that the churchgoers asked for water because they were thirsty.

And because local shops were shut for the day, the Pastor looked for another alternative to water.

The Pastor went to a nearby sewage and told them to drink it.

The church-goers were at first reluctant saying it was dangerous to consume contaminated water. The Pastor then returned to the church compound and took salt.

He returned to the sewage and poured the salt in it, then annointed it.

And to prove it wasn't bad at all, he took a sip. The man of the cloth then told them to drink it, and they gladly drank it.
