Ni mrembo sana! See the latest photos of Jackeline Mwende who lost her limbs after her husband cut them off

Last year August, Machakos resident Jackline Mwende was battered by her husband, and her hands cut off in a domestic quarrel.

The womans husband blamed her for not being able to bear children in a case that angered Kenyans. Well wishers among others came together and contributed money for her to go for surgery abroad and be fitted with prosthetic hands.

She arrived back in the country with fully fitted hands, and not much has been heard of her since.

Well, over the weekend a group of female MP's among others paid her a visit, to donate more items.

In pictures courtesy of Nominated MP Soni Birdi, it appears that Mwende has been doing well. Despite what seems to be her quiet nature, Mwende looks good and should be an inspiration to others, on the journey to recovery.
