Juja Based Police Inspector Accused Of Negligence After 10-year-old Son Shoots And Killed His Brother
The police officer had arrived home late in the night with a pistol when the two children woke up to welcome him home in Utawala. The officer placed the pistol on the table before dozing off.
It is then that the older child picked it and they started playing before shooting his brother on the chest. The officer was arrested but later released to participate in his son's burial which is being held today in Mt. Elgon.
