Kiptis humoured that parents will be left with simple role to sire, feed and dress their kids as government takeover major role of offering free education for their Children right from nursery to secondary school.
"From next year if jubilee resumes office, you will be left with duties none other than the simplest duty just to sire and bring up your children" said Kiptis.
He was addressing an event today where 900 youth from Baringo Central Sub-county were hired by the National Youth Service (NYS) as casuals to clean up Kabarnet town.
Kiptis however urges the County residents to vote Jubilee's presidential candidate Uhuru Kenyatta in the repeat election on October 26.
He drummed up support for Jubilee saying NASA has got no capacity to take this nation to the next level as far as development is concern.
"With free education, NYS service among other initiatives we trust that jubilee shall continue doing more for our county and the nation at large so we have the obligation to reelect president Uhuru and his Deputy William Ruto to office" he said.
The Governor was accompanied by Baringo Central MP Joshua Kandie, Deputy Director General NYS Kenya James Tambur and the County Commissioner Peter Okwanyo who also lauded jubilee for the NYS initiative.
"This is a first NYS project here in this Sub-county and we hope more good things are on the way coming" said Okwanyo.
Kandie urged the youths drawn from his constituency to stop idling and engaging in unworthy behaviours such as drunkenness and to take up the rising opportunities to better their future lives.
Tambur however said the youth from five wards in Baringo central were awarded a three months contract to collect litter and clean up Kabarnet town, unblocking culverts and clearing the road sides.
"They will be paid sh471 per day but out of this they are required to save sh141 and collect the remaining cash daily" said Tambur.
