Police Ban Planned Anti-IEBC Demos In Mombasa For Security Reasons
He is appealing to supporters to postpone their demonstrations.
He says IEBC offices are situated near Mombasa Statehouse hence posing a security threat. Ogara says they will hold talks with organizers to postpone the anti IEBC demos.
He says its unreasonable to hold demonstrations near the statehouse. President Kenyatta is expected to be in Mombasa for the next few days.
