here would be a third partyThe 20-year-old Nakuru student who was sexually exploited by gospel artists DK Kwenye Beat and Hopekid, has spoken out.

The college student who claims she was coerced into a threesome with the two artistes and later found out she had an incurable STI claims that she has not received an apology from both Hopekid and DK Kwenye Beat.

Size 8 spoke to the lady in questions and revealed:

"And yes for sure she is in great pain I really feel her after our talk she at least felt the love of JESUS CHRIST but she didn't expose the story out of bitterness she was just trying to create awareness to other ladies to be safe and not trust anyone."

Speaking to NTV on Sunday, February 2, the unnamed lady blamed gospel artistes of preying on naive girls and using them for selfish benefits.

"They are not really all about helping people or preaching the word. They are here hurting people and I believe I am not the first, second or last person they hurt," she opened up.

The lady added that when she went on a date with Hopekid, she had no idea there would be a third party involved.

"If I knew there was going to be a third party I would not have gone," she said.

Now, all she wants is for the musicians to cater for her overwhelming medical bills.

However, if the 20-year-old student in the middle of the alleged sexual exploitation claims comes out to pursue legal redress, the Federation of Women Lawyers in Kenya (FIDA) says they will help.

“FIDA Kenya is appalled to read about the inhuman and degrading incidence to a young woman allegedly committed by @Dkkwenyebeat. It is disheartening that a section of the society is condoning the action. Statement by alleged perpetrators have also been brought to our attention,” said FIDA in a statement posted to Twitter on Friday, February 1.

“FIDA is reaching out to the young woman to offer legal support. With instructions from her, we will ensure that the perpetrators are arraigned in court. Such heinous crimes do not only warrant an apology but stringent measures. Violence against women must stop @fidakenya is calling upon the @ODPP_KE to investigate the matter,” said FIDA.

This comes after a leaked audio of the two gospel stars belittle the issue and taunting FIDA to do their best.

Media reports indicate that the student was infected with and STI which she later found out was herpes.

According to the Kenyan constitution, Section 26(1) (c) of Kenya’s Sexual Offences Act says:

“Any person who, having actual knowledge that he or she is infected with HIV or any other life threatening sexually transmitted disease intentionally infects another person with any sexually transmitted disease, shall be guilty of an offence, whether or not he or she is married to that other person, and shall be liable upon conviction to imprisonment for a term of not less than fifteen years but which may be for life.”
