AUDIO: Listener Pays An Awesome Tribute To Radio Jambo

Gidi and Ghost were left feeling happy and proud on Thursday morning, when a Radio Jambo listener called them to pay tribute to the station.

The listener, who is known to fellow Radio Jambo listeners as Mwema wa Kathiani, read out a letter he had written praising key personalities such as Carol Radull, plus Gidi and Ghost whom he credits with playing a big role in the growth of the station.

Mwema impressed Gidi and Ghost so much after he read out an accurate history of programmes aired by the station, including the presenters who hosted them.

Mwema displayed great memory by recalling the programmes by the names they were known back then and the time they used to air.

He also gave Carol Radull, Gidi, Ghost, Yusuf Juma and Justice Langat the titles Malkia (Queen), Mfalme (King), Sultan, Commander and Captain in honour of the good work they have done in making the station what it is today.
