Western region is recording the highest drop out rates of girls from schools due to early pregnancies.
Chairman of the National Parents Association (NPA) Nicholas Maiyo says coast region and Nyanza are also affected with girls as young as those in class six getting pregnancies.
Maiyo says parents should actively take up their role on guidance and counseling to prevent youth from engaging in immorality.
